Crookes Mini Musicals 2025

Show Day - Saturday 2nd August, 2025

Our amazing cast and crew performed excerpts from not one, but FOUR mini musicals:

Matilda, The Greatest Showman, Wicked and Bugsy Malone!

We're so proud of everyone who danced and sang their hearts out to make this a very special show - the launch of our first Mini Musicals!

We had splurge guns, custard pies, magic spells, levitating broomsticks, writing appearing out of nowhere and a circus troupe! What a fabulous effort it was from all involved (and a lot of fun we had along the way - particularly when testing the custard pies on the Stage Manager!)

Our costume team had their work cut out, with most of our cast having upwards of 8 costumes! Our stage crew also took on the challenge, having to stage four completely different shows in such a short timeframe. It's fair to say that all of our cast and crew really rose to the challenge and blew us away with what they achieved. 

Mini Musicals will return in 2026!
